Tenting and Tent Setup

Setup Times​

Tents can be set up starting at NOON on Tuesday.

See the maps below for where tents can be placed. Tent locations vary by day due to Cosmic UpDog and Far Out games.

Caution

If you put your tent in the wrong spot, you will be asked to move it. If you cannot be found, someone will move it off the field for you to a location of their choosing.

Overnight Security​

  • Tents, crates, etc. may be left at the park overnight
  • There is NO overnight security
  • Leaving items is at your own risk
  • Recent incidents of kids causing trouble at the park have occurred
Security Notice

Leave items overnight at your own risk. There have been recent incidents of vandalism at the park.

Grass Preservation​

To help preserve the grass on the soccer field:

  • Do not put down mats
  • Move your crates around throughout the week

Tent Stake Policy​

The Parks and Rec Department will mark the fields to indicate where there are water irrigation lines (marked in BLUE).

Irrigation Lines

It is the competitor's responsibility to ensure that if stakes are used to secure their tent that they do not damage the water lines.

If water lines are damaged, the competitor is responsible for the cost to fix the damage.

Competitors may want to consider weights to secure tents if they do not feel comfortable with this policy.

Tenting Area Maps​

Maps vary by day due to games being played that take up different types of field space.

Map Legend​

  • Bright/Lime Green - Double tenting areas
  • Light Pink - Single tenting areas
  • Red - NO competitor tents
  • Orange RR - Restrooms (real ones!)
  • Blue - Porta Potty
  • Pink/White - Food Trucks

Tuesday​

Tenting areas available starting at noon.

Wednesday​

Special Note
  • Tents can be set up on all of Field 5 after 3pm on Wednesday (or when Far Out on that field has completed)
  • Tents for Field A, 1, 2, and 3 can be set up after Far Out concludes on Wednesday

Thursday through Sunday​

Different tenting configuration - see on-site maps or updates.
