UPDIF 2025 Cancellations/Refund Policy
Refund Schedule
| Timeframe | Refund Amount |
|---|---|
| Through February 7th, 2025 | 100% refund |
| Through March 15th, 2025 | Refund minus $125 |
| After March 15th, 2025 | No refunds for any reason |
No Refunds After March 15th
There are NO refunds after March 15th for ANY reason. This includes:
- Illness
- Injury (human or canine)
- Travel issues
- Weather conditions
- Any other circumstances
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted by the deadline dates above
- The $125 cancellation fee (for cancellations between Feb 8th and March 15th) applies to the total registration, not per run
- Plan carefully before registering, especially as the March 15th deadline approaches
